Rug Expedition offers free shipping within the continental United States. You only pay return shipping, should you need to return your purchase for any reason. If a rug arrives defective, we will gladly replace the item with an identical item at no expense to you. However, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
Your order will typically be delivered via UPS or FedEx. We supply tracking numbers via e-mail as available, so you can monitor your shipment. However, we are unable to ship to any PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please have a physical address ready for shipping when you place your order.
Over-sized items may be delivered via trucking company. In this case, the trucking company may contact you directly to arrange delivery during business hours.
Many of our products are carried in stock and can be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Most orders may be received within 10 business days. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you with a back-order date or alternative purchase option.
